For high-value purchases above ₹50,000, we may require additional identity verification in compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and RBI guidelines. Failure to provide required KYC documents may result in order cancellation.
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of purchase confirmation.

We ship gemstones and jewellery across India and to select international destinations. All shipments are:
Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. International deliveries may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or regulatory fees applicable in their country for international orders.

Natural gemstones have inherent variations in color, inclusions, and characteristics. Photographs on our website represent the general quality and appearance of gemstones but each individual stone is unique. Descriptions and photographs are as accurate as practically possible but minor variations are inherent to natural gemstones.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manekratna, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be first attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation in good faith between the parties.
If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra for any matters not subject to arbitration. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
